What Is This Camp?

This isn't daycare with a pool. This is real swim training in a fun, supportive environment.

Your child will learn the same technical foundations used by college and Olympic swimmers — broken down into age-appropriate drills and progressions. They'll build confidence, improve their strokes, and actually understand why they're doing each drill.

Led by a former NCAA Division I/II swimmer who competed at the highest collegiate level.

Who Is This For?

Ages 6–12 who are already comfortable in deep water. This camp is designed for kids who:

Can swim but want to get better

Are interested in joining a swim team

Already swim competitively and want summer training

Love the water and want a more athletic camp experience

Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program. If your child is still building water confidence, check out our Intro to Swim program first.

What They'll Learn

Stroke Development

Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly — broken down technique-by-technique. We focus on body position, catch mechanics, kick efficiency, and timing.

Starts & Turns

The details that win races. Streamline position, flip turns, open turns, and block starts for older campers.

Training Mindset

How to approach practice with purpose. Goal-setting, focus, and building the habits of a competitive athlete.
